The occupants would be High-Income people that moved into the neighborhood. Nobody who has been residing in Bushwick for all this time can afford it cause it is a low-income neighborhood not a place to build condos.
It is located in Knickerbocker Ave & Dekalb Ave. It is near all the stores and restaurants and right by Maria Hernandez Park.
Too many condos are being built in Bushwick. There taking up space that people need and instead of making affordable housing, there making condos that stay more than half empty and are leaving people that belong in the community homeless.
