The occupants are mostly Caucasian and residents in te neighborhood with High-Income salaries.

It is located on Greene Ave which is a block not known to have a condominium on it. It doesnt look right because Greene is normally made up of affordable housing for people who have been in the community for many years.

For condos to start being built on streets like Greene Ave thats when you know Gentrification is seriously occuring in Bushwick. The condos look out of place and makes the block look like its less than that one building on it. If your going to remake an apartment on a block like Greene Ave make it convenient for the other people who need housing.
