Across from Northwestern Equestrian Facility and Harper's Meadow in Fairmount Park

 There should be trash cans along the edge of the park, but the city of Philadelphia took them away, telling the community that suburban home owners came to dump their trash in the city's containers.  Now the students at Chestnut Hill College dump their beer cans, food wrappers and condums on the road and at the edge of the park.
