St. Elizabeth House Transitional Living Program is home to 44 homeless adults who live in single rooms for up to two years while they identify and face complex issues that caused them to become homeless.
Working closely with case managers, individuals set and meet goals that will return them to self-sufficiency and independence. While living at St. Elizabeth House, in addition to providing intensive case management, individuals are served three meals a day.
Mercy also works with clients to prepare them for employment and job placement, with a final goal of finding permanent housing.
Jump Start to Jobs is located at St. Elizabeth House and offers a computer lab with an employment counselor assisting residents with online job searches, job applications, job interviewing skills and computer skills.
