Middlesex County high school students develop life skills, and receive tutoring needed to graduate from high school. Students are supported and encouraged to succeed and graduate with a high school diploma. CRT focuses on occupational skills, work readiness, and individual needs.

Young people already out of school develop a career plan, go to work or get job training. Additional support is provided as needed for childcare, transportation, and housing.

Students and young adults in Middletown and Cromwell are eligible, including students in special education. A reading and math test and interview with the Workforce Alliance is part of the interview process. Call (860) 347-6924 to set up a meeting. Referrals are accepted all year.
