APOLLO STREET: calm, no effluent from pipe apprx. 30 yds west - floating booms close along shore - samples and readings were taken from outside booms. Large blue crab (inside boom) and small school (5-8) of fish 10-15cm long just outside. Boat wake waves caused hydrogen sulfide odor and an oil slick that appeared to extend from region of yellow booms to west
