All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

 

Lance R. Christman, 45, who resided at 75 S. Tulpehocken St., Apt. 2, the building in which the blaze began, and Amber M. Marek-Jolley, 21, whose last address was listed as 115 W. Nickel Ave., Independence, Mo., were taken into custody without incident  by Pine Grove police.

Both were arraigned on seven counts each of causing or risking a catastrophe and criminal mischief, felony offenses; seven counts of failure to control or a report a dangerous fire and recklessly endangering another person, both misdemeanor offenses; along with one felony count of conspiracy, a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy and felony charge of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

Authorities said similar charges will be filed this week against two others involved in the meth lab operation - Angela Singh, who also resided at the 75 S. Tulpehocken St. apartment, and Steven Donton. Both Singh and Donton are currently incarcerated in the county prison on charges from unrelated incidents.

 

A meth lab  ignited a fire in a Pine Grove home in January 2010, destroying it and six adjoining homes.
