Mapping >
ST is considering mapping on Habitatmap. Any ideas what to map?
As far as food goes (and I use the term organic rather loosely. It is not necessary, I believe, for a farm to be certified organic, so long as they are using sustainable and organic practices):
1. Local, organic farms and ranches
2. Restaurants that support local, organic farms & ranches
3. Farmers Markets
4. Stores that sell local food (ie; Food Conspiracy, New Life, Aqua Vita, Local Harvest, etc.)
5. Places that specialize in native foods (ie: San Xavier Cooperative Farm, Native Seed Search)
6. Community Gardens
What else?
