TOPIC: AirCasting: Gadgeteer External Device

Hi, just hooked up a Gadgeteer board (http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/projects/gadgeteer/) to the AirCasting App via Bluetooth, using the Bluetooth data format described in the Arduino source comments (https://github.com/LunarLogicPolska/AirCastingAndroidClient/blob/master/arduino/aircasting/aircasting_tmp36.ino).

The values are rendered nicely (http://www.flickr.com/photos/tamberg/8628038399/), however I could not manage to see the values over time or to get them on the map.

Any hints?

Kind regards,
Thomas

Ok, found a way to display the data. After saving the session and reopening it, a parameter / sensor can be selected. Nice!

Happy to hear you we're able to get everything working. Also note that while actively recording a session you can toggle between sensor streams by a) pressing the "eye" icon on the "Sensors Dashboard" screen; or b) pressing the "Avg", "Now", or "Peak" circles and selecting a sensor from the list.
"Also note..."

Very nice, thanks for the hint. Works like a charm!
Hi, just published an Instructable to build a laser-cut AirCasting sensor based on Gadgeteer modular hardware: http://www.instructables.com/id/Laser-cut-AirCasting-Sensor/

Cheers,
Thomas
